AdvisorHop is a small, founder-led team that spent years in advisor recruiting — outpaced by firms with bigger budgets, passed over by recruiters chasing the larger fee, and stuck finding advisors and managing relationships with tools that were never built for it.

With everything AI can do today, we decided it was time to fix that imbalance — and give any firm a low-cost, off-the-shelf way to build better-fitting, longer-lasting relationships with advisors.

The moment that stuck with us: staring down the two “real” options and realizing neither was built for a firm like ours. An enterprise data subscription running five figures a year before a single call gets made. A recruiter’s fee taking a bite out of a placement that few firms our size could absorb. Both were built for firms already big enough not to need them. So we built AdvisorHop instead.

Our beta is step one of a much bigger roadmap, and we treat every beta member like a design partner — tell us what we haven’t solved yet, and we’ll build it. More about the team soon.
